Andrew is to be paid a salary of $159,790 per year, for full-time work under the role of Software Engineer - Project Lead. This number is noted as the median salary for this role determined by salary.com with the location of New York, New York (see note 1). This work directly furthers “advance the Zig programming language” part of the mission statement.
Andrew agrees to take a pay cut when the Zig Software Foundation lacks sufficient funds.

No other officer, director, or trustee is to be compensated.
