• How has income grown since the fundraiser? It’s growing pretty fast.
• We have a net positive $3.7k per month to pay new employees.

Hiring new people:

• We can afford to hire someone for $50/hr for 20hrs per week indefinitely.
  • Veikka Tuominen - For Software Engineering
• We have $34k in capital to hire finite time contractors.
  • Julia Evans - For Software Engineering
• We approve the budget for these hires.

Who are these people?

• Veikka

Switching banks.

• Chase is asking for some specific documentation about physical buildings. If this proves to be problematic, can we switch banks?
  • Proposed resolution: Give Andrew Kelley the executive authority to switch banks from Chase to any other bank.
