Discussion of by-laws and resolutions.

• Discussed the 3 officer roles: president, secretary, treasurer.
• The secretary will keep minutes which will be posted to ziglang.org.
• Assigned the officer roles in unanimity:
  • Josh Wolfe: Secretary
  • Mason Remaley: Treasurer
  • Andrew Kelley: President
• Discussed by-laws:
• Clarified Section 4.4:
  • A director may be re-elected after the 5-year term.
• Section 4.10 has a typo:
  • A director may be removed from as a director,
  • A director may be removed from office as a director,
• Section 4.14 says board members don’t get paid. How do people get paid?
